Highlights: A unique opportunity to visit Inishmore the largest of the legendary Aran Islands facing the wild Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of Galway Bay. Check in Dublin Heuston 07:00 for InterCity service to Galway (breakfast available). We transfer by road to Connemara Airport for *flight to Inishmore where we join our tour of the Island with time for lunch at Kilronan before our visit to magnificent Dun Aengus with its sheer cliffs and dramatic seascapes.

Return flight and transfer back to Galway City with time for exploring and shopping before our return train to Dublin Heuston arriving at 21:35.

mighty Shannon River at Athlone. On arrival in Galway we transfer to our waiting coaches and strike out into the magnificent scenery of this region known as Connemara. Lakes, mountains, stone walls and thatched cottages - are all there for you to behold.

We stop at Leenane on the shores of Killary Harbour (Ireland's only fjiord). Time for lunch and shopping at stunning Kylemore Abbey before continuing on to Clifden the capital of Connemara. We continue on through the Twelve Bens and Maamturk mountain ranges to Westport on island studded Clew Bay for our return InterCity train (snack car available) to Dublin arriving at 22:00.
