Day 1
Departing King's Cross station at 06.30 you arrive in Edinburgh at approximately 11.30am.
On arrival in Edinburgh, take your included 'open top' sightseeing

tour of this beautiful city, visit Edinburgh Castle overlooking the city. Here you will see the Scottish Crown Jewels in the Royal Apartments and tiny St. Margaret's Chapel, Edinburgh's oldest building.
Walk down The Royal Mile, the cobbled street linking the Castle into town, passing St. Giles High Kirk, John Knox House and the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre. Spend time enjoying the tranquillity of Princes Street Gardens or stroll along Princes Street, browsing amongst its many stores on the look out for tweeds and tartans or try some Scottish shortbread.
Day 2
Day at leisure giving you time to explore the city at your own pace. Then reboard our late afternoon train back to London arriving at Kings Cross Station at approximately 22.15hrs.
