Day 1
Our train whisks us north to the Lake District in just over 3 hours. We will be met at Oxenholme station and then taken on our tour of the Lake District.

On our tour we will have a cruise on one of the beautiful Lakes, visit to the medieval village of Hawkeshead, visit Hill Top*, home of Beatrix Potter. You will also see one of the most picturesque beauty spots, Tarn Hows. We drive through the Langdale valley to Grasmere. Then its back to Windermere and you will be taken to your accomodation for the night.
Day 2
A Full day to explore Windermere on your own. You may want to take a steamer boat cruise on Lake Windermere, or visit the Beatrix Potter Museum.
You will be told when and where you will be collected from in time to get back to Oxenholme station for your train back to London.
You will arrive back at Euston approx 8:30pm.
