  • Match Day Bookings: Due to the nature of this experience, match dates are not always confirmed far in advance. If your pre-booked tour happens to fall on a match day, you will need to upgrade your ticket at the stadium by paying an additional fee. Please be aware that these upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Children Under 5: Children under the age of 5 can enter free of charge, but the stadium must be notified if a child in this age group will be part of your group.
  • E-Tickets: Please present your e-ticket on your mobile phone upon arrival at Emirates Stadium.
