Thames Clippers

Your journey involves two exciting modes of transport. First, step aboard an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. This modern river boat allows you to see the beauty of London directly from the Thames. There are flexible ticket options available. A River Roamer pass provides full-day access. You can hop on and hop off at various stops. Explore historic and modern sites along the riverbanks. Popular piers include Tower Pier, the London Eye Pier, and Greenwich Pier. This allows for easy exploration of famous areas.

Alternatively, a Single Ticket offers a convenient one-way pass. This is valid for a trip between Embankment/Waterloo and Greenwich, or vice versa. Boats depart frequently, usually every 20 minutes. Vouchers can be redeemed at several key boarding points. These include Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge City, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers. After redemption, tickets are valid for use at any of the 18 piers. These span between Battersea and Woolwich Arsenal, offering extensive river coverage. The ticket office typically opens at 10 am.

IFS Cloud Cable Car

The second part of this adventure is the IFS Cloud Cable Car. This impressive cable car launched in 2012. It provides breathtaking aerial views across London. Look down upon the impressive Olympic Park. See the iconic dome of The O2. Enjoy expansive views of London’s skyline stretching out to the West. The combo ticket includes a return journey on this modern cable car. This ensures you experience both directions of this elevated perspective.

The overall experience for a visitor combines these two unique perspectives. You might begin by taking an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers to North Greenwich Pier. From there, you can embark on the London Cable Car for a round trip. This offers both river-level and elevated views of the city’s key attractions. Highlights include cruising along the historical Thames. You can hop off at various iconic sights to explore them on foot. Then, you’ll soar above the cityscape, enjoying panoramic views from the cable car. This dual experience provides a comprehensive and memorable way to explore London’s famous landmarks.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car: Take an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers to North Greenwich Pier. From there, you can “take off” on the London Cable Car for a return journey. Experience “flying” over the River Thames on London’s newer attraction. Launched in 2012, the IFS Cloud Cable Car provides stunning views across the Olympic Park, The O2, and London’s skyline stretching to the West.

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Ticket: Fully appreciate the beauty of London from the Thames with either a River Roamer or a single ticket. The River Roamer full-day ticket allows you to hop-on and hop-off the river boats. This lets you explore the many historic and modern sites on or near its banks. Roam around popular stops at the Tower Pier, London Eye Pier, Greenwich Pier, and many more. The single ticket is valid for a one-way trip from Embankment/Waterloo to Greenwich, or vice versa. Boats typically depart every 20 minutes.

You can begin your journey from several key piers: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge City, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich. Once you have redeemed your ticket, you are free to use any of the 18 piers located between Battersea and Woolwich Arsenal for your travels.
