Day 1 - Arrival in Barcelona

Later, meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers for an introduction to the adventure ahead, soaking up the city’s Catalan energy.

Day 2 - Barcelona Sightseeing & Free Time
Today, choose to visit Montserrat and its hidden monastery, home to the revered “La Moreneta,” or stay in the city to explore Barcelona’s highlights. Join a Local Guide for a tour of Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gràcia, and the extraordinary façade of La Sagrada Família. The afternoon is free to wander the Gothic Quarter or admire Gaudí’s whimsical architecture. Optional experiences include a scenic drive of Montjuïc, home of the 1992 Olympics, followed by a Catalan dinner with drinks.

Day 3 - Barcelona to Valencia (via Peñíscola)
Travel along the Costa Dorada to the coastal town of Peñíscola, famous for its 13th-century Templar Castle and as the backdrop for El Cid. Continue to Valencia and enjoy an orientation tour of the city with your Travel Director, seeing landmarks such as the Towers of Serrano and Quart, the Central Market, and the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences.
