Important Information for Your Visit

  • E-tickets are accepted for entry.
  • Dress appropriately: It is generally cooler on the river compared to the shore, so wear suitable clothing. Sailing and wet weather gear will be provided.
  • Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn at all times. Please note that a charge of £75.00 per jacket will apply if a life jacket is manually inflated or intentionally damaged.
  • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your ability to travel, please consult with staff beforehand. The supplier cannot accept liability in such cases.
  • Expectant mothers are not permitted onboard at any stage of their pregnancy.
  • No food or beverages may be consumed on board the vessel.
  • Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you miss your scheduled departure, you will not be eligible for a later booking or a refund, as seats are reserved for your selected timeslot.
  • A minimum of eight passengers is required for each sailing, except at the absolute discretion of Thames Rockets (TR). If a vessel does not meet the minimum passenger count, the sailing will be rescheduled. Affected passengers will be contacted to arrange an alternative date or time for their journey.
