Morning Departures and Travel to Salisbury

Between 07:30 and 08:30, choose from three convenient pick-up locations in central and west London: London Bridge (07:30), Victoria (08:00), or Earls Court (08:30). These points are easily accessible by public transport. Shortly after 08:30, the journey to Salisbury begins. During the scenic drive, enjoy engaging historical commentary from your guide.

Salisbury Exploration

Arrive in Salisbury around 10:30. Your visit includes entry to the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral, a stunning example of Gothic architecture. Inside, marvel at the Chapter House, home to the historically significant Magna Carta from 1215. Afterwards, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of Salisbury’s Christmas Markets in Guildhall Square, perfect for Browse unique gifts and enjoying lunch before departing for Winchester.

Travel to Winchester

The latest departure from Salisbury for Winchester is at 13:30.

Winchester Discovery

Around 14:30, arrive in Winchester at the prominent Statue of King Alfred the Great, directly opposite the Christmas Markets. Here, you have ample time to explore the festive stalls located within the Cathedral Grounds. You might also choose to visit the beautiful Winchester Cathedral or the medieval Great Hall.

Evening Return to London

As dusk settles and the Christmas lights begin to twinkle, reconvene at the King Alfred the Great Statue by 17:00 for the return journey to London. After a delightful day filled with festive cheer, historical sightseeing, and shopping, you will be dropped off in London around 19:00.
