The Edinburgh Tour

This tour delves into Edinburgh’s city centre, offering live commentary from an English-speaking guide who will transform you into an expert on all things Edinburgh. The city is brimming with fantastic historical buildings, and this route will take you past iconic landmarks such as Edinburgh Castle, the Scottish Parliament, the historic Royal Mile, and showcase the elegant architecture of the Georgian New Town.

The Majestic Tour

The Majestic Tour guides you to the quieter, northern parts of Edinburgh’s city centre, towards the bustling port of Leith. En route, you’ll pass by the picturesque Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh before heading to see The Royal Yacht Britannia. The tour then loops back down to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Scottish Parliament building. The Majestic tour provides an insightful audio-guided commentary, available in 10 different languages.

City Sightseeing Edinburgh

This route is designed to highlight Edinburgh’s main tourist attractions. Similar to the Majestic tour, it offers multi-language audio-guided commentary. What makes this route extra special for families is the unique Horrible Histories commentary, narrated by Terry Deary himself! This route covers key sights like the National Museum of Scotland and the famous Greyfriars Bobby. When you’re near Greyfriars Bobby, keep an eye out for Thomas Riddell’s gravestone, one of the many real-life inspirations for Harry Potter references that J.K. Rowling drew upon during her time in Edinburgh.
