Heathrow and London Airport Private Transfer

Once you have disembarked from your plane and cleared customs, simply head to the meeting point to meet your driver, who will be waiting with a board with 247 Airport Transfers written on it.

Meeting points are as follows

  • Terminal 2 – International Arrivals – Travelex (near Boots and WH Smith, after the passengers exit from the baggage reclaim area)
  • Terminal 2 – UK and Ireland Arrivals – Caffe Nero
  • Terminal 3 – WH Smith (book store, near Travelex), after the passengers exit from the baggage reclaim area
  • Terminal 4 – Costa Coffee, right as the passengers exit from the baggage reclaim area
  • Terminal 5 – International Arrivals – Costa Coffee, right as the passengers exit from the baggage reclaim area
  • Terminal 5 – UK and Ireland Arrivals – Caffe Nero

Central London accommodation to London Heathrow airport
You will be contacted by email 48 hours before your pick-up time. A 30-minute time window will be given for the pick-up, around 3 to 4 hours before your flight check-in time.

On the day of the transfer, you must be checked out and waiting at the main entrance to your accommodation, with your luggage, 10 minutes before pick-up time. If you are not there at the set time, the driver may have to leave without you.

Vehicles

Saloon Car: Can carry up to 3 persons. At the same time, it can accommodate 2 hand bags and 2 medium pieces of luggage
Estate Car: Can accommodate up to 4 passengers, 4 pieces of hand luggage with 3 pieces of medium luggage.
MPV Car: Can accommodate up to 5 passengers and can also carry 5 hand luggage bags and 4 pieces of medium luggage
8 Seater: Can carry 8 passengers, 8 hand bags and 8 medium pieces of luggage
VIP Transfer: A VIP car that can carry up to 4 passengers, 2 hand luggage bags and 2 medium pieces of luggage.

Important Information for Your Transfer

Please keep the following details in mind for your private transfer service:

Airport Pick-ups: Your driver will be at your designated meeting point 60 minutes after your flight has landed. They will then wait for a total of 30 minutes. If you are not at the meeting point after this 30-minute grace period, a charge of 40 pence per minute will apply. Any additional car parking charges incurred due to delays will also be your responsibility.

Transfer Rates: The rates provided are for transfers to and from Central London only. Additional charges will apply for transfers to or from areas outside the Central London zone.

Airport Departures: For transfers taking you to the airport, your driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes outside your accommodation beyond your agreed collection time.

Cancellations and No-Shows: If a passenger fails to arrive for the transfer without prior cancellation (a “no-show”), the full rate will be charged. For both no-shows and cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled transfer time, a 100% cancellation charge will apply. No charges will be incurred for cancellations made outside of this 72-hour window.

Booking Information Required: When booking your private transfer, please provide essential details. This includes the required vehicle type, guest names, date of service, and your pick-up point. If applicable, please also provide flight arrival/departure times and flight or train numbers. For departure transfers, clearly advise your flight details and timings.

Travelling with Children: Please note that all children count as one passenger. Children who are less than 135cm tall will require a safety seat. It’s important to add this requirement at the time of booking and to advise the child’s height in centimetres.
