Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Glendalough and the Wicklow Mountains

Pick up time: 8.30am – Dublin Nassau Street Pick Up, Opposite the Kilkenny Shop, Nassau St, Dublin,

Heading south of Dublin, we traverse the stunning Wicklow Mountains via the scenic Sally Gap, with our first stop at the renowned Glendalough. Here, you’ll wander the paths of a 6th-century monastic city, featuring ancient churches, crosses, and a well-preserved stone tower founded by St. Kevin, steeped in legends.

After a reflective visit, enjoy lunch in the charming market town of Kilcullen. Next, explore the Rock of Dunamase and its Celtic ruins, once a pivotal Anglo-Norman stronghold.

Finally, we stop in Adare, known for its picturesque thatched cottages, before arriving in Dingle. Experience the vibrant culture and lively pubs of this enchanting town, where we’ll stay for two nights.

Day 2 - Wild Atlantic Way

Today, we delve into the heart of the Gaeltacht, where Irish is the primary language and the rich culture of the Dingle Peninsula thrives. After a leisurely start, you’ll set off with an open heart to embrace the local heritage. Arriving at Conor Pass, your knowledgeable guide will outline your adventure.

Prepare for an authentic Irish experience as you explore iconic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way, including Tóchar Maothaithe, the Beehive Huts, Slea Head, and Gallarus Oratory. Enjoy lunch in a local Gaeltacht village, such as Ballyferriter or Murreagh, before returning to Dingle for a lively evening and restful night.

Day 3 - Rock of Cashel & Killarney National Park

After yesterday’s awe-inspiring adventure, you’re ready for your final day filled with incredible sights and stories. Before departing the Dingle Peninsula, stop at Inch Beach, where stunning views of the Kerry Mountains and Killarney National Park await.

Your journey includes a visit to Torc Waterfall, a magnificent 20-meter cascade, or Muckross House and Gardens, a charming 19th-century mansion surrounded by nature. Explore the lively town of Killarney, perfect for leisurely lunch and free time.

Next, visit the Rock of Cashel, a historical gem with remarkable structures, including Ireland’s only surviving Romanesque frescoes. After reflecting on your journey, you’ll return to Dublin by 7pm.
