From Killarney Stunning Exploration of Dingle Peninsula, Ireland
You want to marvel at something, and the Dingle Peninsula rarely disappoints. This Small Group Tour, limited to a maximum of 16 guests, leaves Killarney and travels south into one of Ireland’s most beautiful and characterful regions. Here, wide beaches curve along lush shorelines, Atlantic waves meet dramatic cliffs, and a living Gaelic culture is woven into everyday life.

From ancient ruins to colourful towns, the landscape feels timeless, cinematic, and wonderfully alive, which explains why filmmakers return again and again, from historic epics to Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

The journey follows the legendary Slea Head Drive, a coastal loop where the weather only adds to the drama. Sunlight can turn the sea silver in an instant, while rolling clouds bring crashing waves and deep, moody colour to the cliffs. With a relaxed pace and expert local insight, there’s time to appreciate windswept headlands, stone forts, and hidden corners that make this peninsula so special. You may encounter early Christian sites, famine-era remains, or quiet beaches where the Atlantic feels close enough to touch.

As the day unfolds, the scenery continues to impress before reaching Dingle Town, a lively harbour filled with music, craft, and irresistible food. Enjoy time to explore, taste local flavours, or simply soak up the atmosphere. With sea air still fresh and memories firmly made, the return to Killarney is short, leaving you with a deep appreciation for Ireland’s wild west that linger long after the journey.
