Brand New This Spring Small Group Day Tours
22nd March 2022
We are delighted to offer ‘brand new’ this spring, excellent new Small Group Day Tours. These are the ‘Best Value‘ available.
We are going to feature our new Flexi Entrances Small Group Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath Tour and more details are below further in our blog.
Small Group Tours are becoming increasingly popular, these tours are maximum of only 17, plus your expert ‘Blue Badge’ Guide. This allows for a much more intimate experience with the group and interaction with your expert guide. Clearly a group of just 17 will have a much better experience with your guide than the larger groups of 52+.
The other main advantage of a small group tour, is as obviously it uses a much smaller coaches they have accessibility to locations that the larger group tours cannot reach. This is especially helpful when touring rural locations such as the Cotswolds or Wiltshire as example.
The Small Group Tours have been popular for many years in Scotland, where accessibility is even more an issue than in Rural England. Especially getting getting on and off ferries to remote Islands, or challenging Highlands.

Another popular destination for small group touring is the Southwest of England including stunning Cornwall. This is a fantastic location to visit and we do highly recommend touring by small group. Much of the South West including Devon and Somerset are quite rural and we do suggest avoiding the larger group tours that cannot reach some of the Gems of this beautiful region.
Here is more information for the new Small Group Tour we are featuring today…
Flexi Entrances Small Group Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath Tour
Small Group, maximum of just 17
Visit Windsor Castle and Windsor Town, Stonehenge and Bath including the Roman Baths. This is a flexi tour that can include or exclude entrance costs at Windsor Castle and the Roman Baths, perfect for people that have been inside there before and choose to tour the town instead, maybe for a cream tea!
Back to the South West… famous for traditional Cream Teas, we do recommend checking out one of the fabulous Tea Shops that specialise in a scrummy Cornish Cream Tea. Delicious Scones with fresh Cornish Cream and local Jam, plus much more. Beautiful selections of tea’s, often served in some stunning quaint historic shops that date back many centuries.
The South West is generally a cuisine delight, with plenty of local products, excellent diary and beef and of course with an extensive coast, you are absolutely spoiled for fantastic fishing villages. Here you will find an abundance of indoor and al fresco fish café, restaurants and pubs and so forth. Here you will experience delicious local fish freshly caught just before your meal.
We can particularly recommend many of the quay side café that serve your meal right by where the fishing boats land, beautiful on a warm summers evening.
Or also highly recommended are the evening beach BBQ’s that cook locally caught fish and other great options including local steak and burgers.
Have a great time!
