Christmas/New Year, Stonehenge, Windsor and Bath Day Tour
The best plan as often in life, is simply to plan ahead, you may navigate our links that have full details and dates, or we can help you find all your possible tour/dates. Next best advise is; book now while available, nearly all the tours we offer have 24 hours cancellation so you will have cover if your plans change. Beyond that our advice is; it will generally be easier to plan/book your other Christmas activities, around your Stonehenge, Windsor and Bath day out.

Also whilst discussing; if your are considering other popular London or Out of London activities, as example incredibly busy, Harry Potter and so forth, these too need planning ahead, especially at Christmas/New Year.
Always to consider if planning to include Windsor Castle is, is the Castle open, this can be the biggest sticking point? Our new King Charles 111 is very hard working, Windsor Castle is today, the largest working castle in the world and so is closed for official functions Tuesdays and Wednesday’s each week and some other times with good advance notice (we can help with this), so you will need to plan around Tuesdays/Wednesday’s and any other days there are closures.
Christmas/New year Stonehenge, Windsor and Bath opening dates
Stonehenge is fully open every day over Christmas and New Year except Christmas Day. On Christmas day there is an outstanding Stonehenge alternative with; Traditional 3 Course Christmas Day Lunch, with panoramic Stonehenge, Salisbury, Windsor and Bath – a wondrous and unforgettable Christmas Day out.

Windsor Castle
If you are looking to see inside the castle (flexi-options are available to exclude entrance and have maybe a cream tea in town instead or perhaps shopping please see below for more information). Christmas/New Year opening will be the main factor when choosing during this period. The castle is closed 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th, 31st December so limited, good news though it is open New Years Day.
The round tower at Windsor Castle is called The Round Tower. Found at the heart of the castle, on a raised mound known as Motte, originally part of William the Conqueror’s 11th-century fortress.
Roman Baths
The Roman Baths are only closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, fully open New Years Eve and New Years Day.
