Tips for Touring in Autumn and Winter
Book early
We are so often confronted with dissapointed customers who try and book way too late for tours and then miss out finding the tour has long ago sold out. We cannot recommend more highly booking as far in advance as possible, 6 to 12 months in advance is highly recommended.
Due to visitor numbers, all attractions both in London and out of London, for capacity issues have to limit numbers and so all tours have limited availability and sell out a long time in advance.
In particular the most popular tours sell out 6 to 12 months in advance e.g, the Stonehenge inner circle tours, Christmas Tours, Harry Potter, New Years Eve and Paris – do book early to avoid disappointment and good luck!
What weather can I expect?
Well this is England and so expect anything haha! Autumn can be chilly or even cold and Winter cold for sure. it can rain and so you are wise to plan for that, but the biggest thing to think of when packing is wind chill. It is the wind chill that is how cold it actually feels and you will need to prepare for that, especially at exposed sites like Stonehenge.
And waterproof shoes are always wise.
However good news, all our coaches (buses) are luxury new coach, that are warm and comfy with free wi-fi
